Access to the Grande Plage is accessible in 10 minutes on foot by the famous "Passeur" (water bus operating all day and in the evening), the departure of which is located 30 meters from the house.
In the calm of a charming alley 20 meters from the quay, you will be seduced by the exceptional view and the comfort of this house (panoramic view of the fishing and marina ports and the roofs of Les Sables d'Olonne).
